2006 WINNERS!

PORT HARDY - A flotilla of yellow duckies rounded the corner on the Tsulquate River, hit the sunshine near the bridge, drawing cheers and exhortations from the expectant crowd.
It was the annual Canada Day Duck Race, raising money for Filomi Days, and the supporters on the bridge were extremely enthusiastic.
When all was done, Bev Parnham had lucky number 1289, which won the grand prize, airfare for two to Vancouver from Pacific Coastal, plus two nights at the Accent Inn and $200 from the Filomi Days committee.
